This has involved working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of traumatic experiences, including childhood abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and combat-related trauma.
I approach trauma-informed care with empathy, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on the mind, body, and emotions. I utilize music therapy techniques to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, process their emotions, and begin to heal.
