My Experience in Providing Mental Health Support to Students
As an Educational Psychologist, I have extensive experience in providing individual and group therapy to students of all ages. I have worked with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional andbehavioral problems.
My approach to therapy is student-centered and evidence-based. I believe that every student has the potential to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I work collaboratively with students to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
In my individual therapy sessions, I use a variety of techniques to help students identify and challenge their negative thoughts andbehaviors, improve their coping skills, and develop more positive self-esteem.
