One commonly discussed model of learning styles is the VARK model, which categorizes learners into four main styles: visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic. Visual learners prefer to learn through visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and videos. Auditory learners, on the other hand, learn best through listening and verbal instruction. Reading/writing learners prefer to learn through reading and writing activities, such as taking notes or summarizing information.
