Through my studies and practical experience in psychology, I quickly realized that traditional talk therapy may not always be the most effective approach when working with children. Children often struggle to express their emotions and experiences verbally, and that’s where play therapy comes in.
Play therapy allows children to communicate and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through the language of play. It provides a safe and supportive environment where children can express themselves freely, build trust, and work through various challenges they may be facing.
